Delete your MonoDay account

You can delete your MonoDay account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open MonoDay and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm your choice.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@monoday.me from your account's email address with the subject Account Deletion Request.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, photos, notes, friend list and album memberships are deleted. Deletion is completed within 30 days. Some security records, such as ban records, may be kept for fraud prevention where the law allows.
