Acceptance

By downloading or using the MonoDay application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

About MonoDay

MonoDay is a daily photo journal app that lets you capture one photo per day, build streaks, and share shared albums with trusted friends.

Age Requirement

• You must be 16 years of age or older to use this App.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
• Creating an account with a false age is prohibited.

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not transfer your account to another person.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@monoday.me

Acceptable Use

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited: Prohibited Content:

• Nudity or sexual content
• Graphic violence or gore
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE)
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Copyrighted content without permission

Prohibited Behavior:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Impersonating other users
• Spam or misleading content
• Attempting to exploit or hack the system
• Using bots or automated tools

Your Content

• Photos and notes you create belong to you.
• KeYoda does not claim ownership of your content.
• By using the App, you grant KeYoda a limited license to store and sync your content solely to operate the service.
• This license ends when you delete your account.

Social Features

• Adding friends requires mutual consent via a 6-digit friend code.
• Shared albums are accessible only to invited members.
• You can block or report any user at any time.
• Reports are reviewed by KeYoda. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Child Safety (CSAE Policy)

MonoDay has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

• Such content is removed immediately.
• Offending accounts are permanently banned.
• Confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC and relevant Turkish authorities as required by law.

Account Termination

KeYoda may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Harm other users
• Share illegal content
• Abuse the system

Disclaimer of Warranties

• MonoDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• KeYoda is not responsible for user-generated content.
• KeYoda is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
• Statutory rights under Turkish consumer law remain unaffected.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts.

Changes to These Terms

• The "Last updated" date will be revised.
• Significant changes will be notified within the App.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
